Project Management
Each major project at our plant is managed by a dedicated Project Manager who oversees the entire production process. They ensure that design, casting, machining, and fabrication phases meet specifications and serve as the primary contact for the customer.
Design
AGP's design office features a team of skilled mechanical engineers with diverse expertise, supported by metallurgists and foundry methods engineers. They excel in product design, reverse engineering, customisation, and manufacturing optimisation. The office uses advanced software, including SolidWorks, Bentley MicroStation, SolidCAM, Rhinoceros, and casting thermal analysis tools like Nova Solid and Nova Flow. Additional resources include plan printing, copying, and scanning to AO size, along with a vast archive of over 100,000 drawings and designs dating back to 1868.
3D Modelling & Drawing
We provide comprehensive drafting and modelling services by qualified engineers. Using SolidWorks™, Bentley MicroStation™, and Rhinoceros™, we convert 2D drawings into detailed 3D models for casting simulation and CAM software. Additionally, we offer plan printing, copying, and scanning up to AO size, and maintain a drawing library with over 100,000 designs dating back to 1868.
Reverse Engineering
Our engineers excel in reverse engineering, allowing us to replicate and often enhance obsolete OEM parts that are no longer available. We provide cost-effective or customised alternatives when patents are no longer in effect.
Quality Assurance
A&G Price Ltd has established a Quality Management System to ensure consistent components and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements. The system focuses on customer satisfaction, continual improvement, and preventing nonconformity.
